[FONT=&#54632]Warren Buffet came to take an interest in stocks, and through stocks, he gained lots of money and fame. When he turned 26, he established his own company and went on to make more and more money to take over many other companies. And finally, he ranked first on the Forbes' world's wealthiest men list in 1993.

Is it proper to say like the underlined?

Yes, if you use "people." Some of the people on the list are women.

I would say "Forbes' list of the world's wealthiest people."

Would you say 'the' before Forbes?

Both "the Forbes list" and "Forbes' list" are fine.

It CANNOT be "the Forbes' list."

So if you use "the," remove the apostrophe.
