reply for "hope all is well with all of you"

My officer write an email starting as "I hope all is well with all of you."
How can I reply.

I also would like to write I hope to meet him again although he is not belong to our project, and he has no chance to come to us.

Please give suggestion to me.

You can reply with "We are all very well, thank you".

You can then say "Even though we are not on the same project, I hope we will have/get the opportunity to meet again". However, if there is absolutely no chance at all of you ever meeting again, I'm not sure I can see the point of mentioning it at all.
