Hi guys. ESL teacher here. I'm teaching a weekly class on idioms, common expressions, phrasal verbs, collocations, or something along those lines - more than just basic vocabulary. It's an in-person class, so I like to use handouts I can give to the students.
I'm looking for a site, portal, or resource that has a large collection of printable material ready to use in a consistent format (think breakingnewsenglish, those are PERFECT). Paid is fine, as long as there are more than just a handful. So far, sites like eslbrain, linguahouse, english4tutors, etc., and even usingenglish.com, while they do offer some lessons, either don't provide many lessons, or the lessons aren't in any consistent structure; they there might be a couple dozen lessons on idioms (and obviously, we could find hundreds of lessons online if we look hard enough) by a couple dozen different teachers, which means they never follow the same format. I'm pretty much hoping to find something just like the breaking new English handouts, only for expressions, collocations, or idioms. Might anyone know of such a resource?
