“Since having a baby, I feel weird about wearing tighter clothes.”

Is this sentence correct?

I would use the present perfect in the second part of that sentence: "... I've felt weird".
The first part isn't wrong, but consider also: "Since I had the/my baby,".

You could also use "Since giving birth, ..."

I like it. The concerns mentioned above make perfect sense, but for ordinary conversation, your phrasing is very natural.

I agree that the phrasing is natural for spoken English. On the other hand I wouldn't write it unless it was as reported speech.
