So on and so on and so forth etc

Do "so on" and "so on and so forth" and etc mean the same?

My understanding is that etc is the formal ones.

I struggle among these words/ phrases.

Those are informal oral expressions. I wouldn't use them in writing.

Thank you @emsr2d2. I believe both "so on" and "so on and so forth are used in spoken English, while etc is formal in writing.

1-The doctor recommended me to drink fresh juice such as orange, banana,and so on and so forth.
2-There are many way in which can send the report by email , via WhatsApp, or by post and so on.
3-I have visited all Arab Gulf countries like Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, etc.
