I don't think the sentence is correct and natural. I felt too many grammar errors and mistakes. But the main point is native speaker can't understand what I mean. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Found a social worker and she will pass our case to main manager and then call me for arrangements within 14 days.

I don't think the italic sentence is correct and natural. I felt feel that it contains too many grammar errors and mistakes. But the My main point concern is that a native speaker can't won't/wouldn't understand what I mean. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

I found a social worker and she who will pass our case to the/her main manager and then call me for to make arrangements within 14 days.
Note my corrections above. The end of the sentence is ambiguous. Is the social worker going to call you within the next 14 days to make arrangements for an unspecified time in the future, or is she going to call you to arrange for something to happen in the next 14 days?

Begin from today.

Begin from today.
I don't understand your answer. I got that the time starts from today. My question is are you expecting the phone call sometime in the next 14 days or are you expecting the unspecified event (for which arrangements need to be made) to happen in the next 14 days?

I'm expecting the phone call sometime in the next 14 days. I tried to understand what you mean, if I'm wrong, please correct me. Please see my italic for my understanding.

My question is are you expecting the phone call sometime in the next 14 days ...
Do you mean from day 1 to days 14, he/she hasn't call me until days 15, he/she will call me and no exactly time, is the sometime just a reference?

... or are you expecting the unspecified event (for which arrangements need to be made) to happen in the next 14 days?
Do you mean he/she has arranged the event already. but it will happen to days 15 after 14 days?

I can't make sense of either of the italic sentences in your last post so I'm going to explain it a different way. For simplicity, let's pretend that today is October 1st. This morning, you found the social worker and this afternoon that social worker passed the details to their manager. So - it is still October 1st and the manager has all the information they need. Here are the two possible scenarios that the ambiguity makes possible:

1. The manager will call you at some point between today and October 15th and you will make arrangements for this unspecified event by talking to each other on the phone. The actual event could take place on any date after the phone call. We don't even know what month or year the event will take place.

2. The manager will call you at some point and you will make arrangements, during that phone call, for an event to happen sometime before October 15th.

In the first, the phone call will happen in the next 14 days and the event could happen on any unspecified date in the future. In the second, the event will happen in the next 14 days.

Is the phone call to set up a meeting with the manager?
