Can you please help me with understaning of the following. In youtube - Useful Expression - Live English Lesson, (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rgXKcJqybZY) a young teacher has said at 22:45 "to show an expression that allow you time to guess". Why "s" is missed after the verb "allow" ( to be "allows"). Is this correct usage?

O
n YouTube, in "Useful Expression - Live English Lesson", (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rgXKcJqybZY), at 22:45, a young teacher has said/says at 22:45 "to show an expression that allow you time to guess".

Why is the "s" is missed after at the end of the verb "allow"? (to I think it should be "allows".) Is this correct? usage?
