Hi

It seems to me that something's incorrect in the following sentence:

Mala beads are a tool that are used in chanting meditation and to remind us that we should chant throughout the day a few times a day at the least.

Maybe it should be: ... a tool that is used in chanting ...
Is "at the least" correct? I would say "at least".
 
In my opinion, it should be "that is". "At the least" is a slightly more formal way of saying "at least".

You don't need "throughout the day."
