I have noticed that at 5:37 Jimmy says more that the original youtube subtitles suggest. I have tried to convert the speech into other subtitles using an online subtitle service.

(00:00:04,289 --> 00:00:05,260
Into the New York side,

7) 00:00:05,909 --> 00:00:06,619 please?

8) 00:00:07,570 --> 00:00:07,579 Uh,

9) 00:00:07,590 --> 00:00:07,960 well,

10) 00:00:07,969 --> 00:00:08,97 we'll we'll fix it up.)

However it seems to me that the converter does not identify all words correctly, making the problematic area even more unclear.

I did it free of charge by having imported a very short episode while admit that even such programmes provide for paid services, their quality is in the region of automatic subtitles. I wonder if it realistic for you as English speakers to catch those words between the New-York side...we'll fix it up. https://youtu.be/6_PI1l5NKL8?t=338

To me, it sounds like "Oh, it's ("fff" sound - not a word) please ..." then possibly "You don ... we don't ... Er, well, we'll ... we'll fix it up". I really wouldn't worry about it, if I were you. He's just bumbling/mumbling/stumbling! I think he was a bit starstruck!

I can hear something like:
Oh, it's just... Please. You don't want to know.

At least she got what he said, and it made her laugh.
