"Our session or class lasts for one hour every day."

"Our session or class has a time slot of one hour every day."

"Our session has a timing of one hour every day."

Please check.

I would say:

Our class lasts for one hour every day.

You could also say:

Our class lasts for an hour every day.

I doubt that you can use the others.

(Here in the South they say "a hour" but in the rest of the country they would probably look at you funny if you did that.)

"Our session or class...."

Please choose one or the other. The sentence is awkward and hard to read with both nouns in it.

As we've told you before (how many times have I written that in a response to you, I wonder), it's easier to read if you don't put quotation marks around the entire sentence, but you do put them around the individual words you are trying to choose between. In this case, those words are "session" and "class".

Actually I had already posted this thread before you asked me to do that.

Tufguy, you may have noticed that our corrected sentences almost always contain fewer words than your originals. With that in mind, you should review each sentence you write to see whether you can remove at least one word without changing its meaning. Repeat this until you can't remove any words.
