This is the best moment in my life VS. This is the best moment of my life. Which one is natural to native English speakers and is there any difference in meaning? Thank you as usual and have a good day.

As I understand it, there is little (if any) difference in meaning, and it pretty much comes down to a matter of speaker's choice.

Native speakers may, however, offer a closer insight to it.

Charlie got it right.

Both sentences have the same meaning however 'of my life' would sound most natural to a native speaker.
