Now I'm at the mountain resort where I visit every year. I didn't get vaccinated downtown (where I live) because there are so many people waiting to be vaccinated. I then decided to get vaccinated at the mountain resort because there's a hospital here. Today I arrived and when I arrived I said to my friend:

Tomorrow I'll go to the local hospital for vaccination.

Is my italic sentence natural?

No. You used a more natural way of saying it in your preamble.

Did you mean:

Tomorrow I'll go to the local hospital to get vaccinated.

Much appreciated!

That's okay, but this is more natural: I'm getting vaccinated at Community Hospital tomorrow.
