hello,
Could you please help me with the question below:
"He moved to Paris from New York. He doesn't live in New York any more"
Which following way is used to rewrite the sentences without changing the meaning?
1. He used to live in New York.
2. He used to move to Paris.
I myself know that (1) is correct. But is (2) possible? Can I have your explanation?

No, it isn't because he only moved once- it was not a past state or a past habit.
