I believe it's @Red5. The post about the Valentine's Day drawing game was initially attributed to @Tdol. I inferred from that that he had returned and posted a welcome back message. @Red5 then posted that @Tdol was still offline, deleted my welcome back post and changed the author of the (automated) Valentine's post to UsingEnglish.

Indeed, exactly that. It's an automated feed of content added to the site. It was confusing having it attributed to Tdol while he's offline, and it makes more sense for these notifications to be a generic, site-based account.
