Hi there!
Is it correct to say "very thrilled"?
Thrilled means extremely happy.
Which one of these sentences is not correct?
1- I'm very excited.
2- I'm very happy.
3- I'm very thrilled.
4- I'm really excited.
5- I'm really happy.
6- I'm really thrilled.
7- I'm absolutely excited.
8- I'm absolutely happy.
9- I'm absolutely thrilled.

I saw this on BBC Instagram page!
She said that the adjective "thrilled" is not gradable so we can't say "I'm very thrilled".
Is she right?

Choices 7 and 8 are unlikely. The rest are fine.

thrilled is an ungradable (or 'extreme') adjective, so don't use it with very.

I think you should stick to the usual rules here: Don't use very before 'extreme' adjectives and don't use absolutely before gradable ones. So 3, 7, and 8 are wrong because they go against these rules.

Use exclamation marks sparingly.

:)
