Note my corrections above. "Research" is uncountable so you can't use the indefinite article with it.
Don't put a space after an opening bracket.
Don't put a space on the left or the right of a slash.

I've never worked with children but I'm sure if any of the teachers here deal with the age group you've specified, they'll take a look at your questionnaire.
