"What do you say to going to the movies tonight?"

or

"What do you say to go to the movies tonight?"

Which is correct? or Are the both sentences good?

or
2. "What do you say to go to the movies tonight?"

Which is correct no question mark here or are the both the sentences good correct?

Only the version with -ing is correct.

If you don't want to use the -ing form, say "What do you say we go to the movies tonight?"
