I want to mention more than one activity using the noun clause 'what' . Would it be possible? And which ones are correct?

"What I like most to do in my spare time are/or is swimming and playing tennis."
"What I like most to do in my spare time is swimming and playing tennis."

Or I have to say that:

"The things that I like most to do in my spare time are swimming and playing tennis."

AND

swimming and playing tennis is what I like most to do in my spare time.
swimming and playing tennis
are what I like most to do in my spare time.

http://forum.thefreedictionary.com/postst161971_Which-is-the-correct-verb-.aspx

We recommend posting a question on one forum only initially. If you do not get a satisfactory answer from that forum and you feel that you have exhausted its possibilities, then of course trying a different forum might help. It is only courteous however, to tell the second forum that you have already asked the question on another forum and then give a precis of the answers you received there, along with an explanation of why you are now looking elsewhere.

Before searching on other forums about what people post, Please make sure that the person who posted was exactly the one who posted here; otherwise it was waste of time !! And I don't think we are here to compete against each other for getting more LIKES and THANKS.
The person who asked that question wasn't me and he/she was an advanced member. As you can see, I am not advanced. Furthermore, with that comprehensive explanations given on that forum there is no need to post question in this forum (using English) where almost all members are reluctant to answer your questions or sometimes get angry , or most of the time answer them simply with 'correct' , 'incorrect' or 'yes' or 'no'.

There is no way to make sure about that, but there is a reason to think of that when the same question exists elsewhere.

I didn't know that the same question had been asked elsewhere.
As I said, If I knew the same question posted on another forum with those explanations , I wouldn't post here anymore.
And, If that question posted there was mine, I would BRAVELY accept that it was mine. Hope to understand it.

Okay, everyone is clear about this now. I'm closing the thread.
