What is the difference betwen mix, stir, beat and whisk?

I am trying to figure out what the difference between them
 
Say:

I'm trying to figure out the difference between them.

I assume you're talking about recipes.

For beating something I would use a wooden spoon. There's a kitchen implement called a "whisk" which is used especially for that.

When you mix things you put the ingredients and into a bowl and stir the mixture until it's blended.

If you're baking a cake you now have to give me a piece. That's the rule.šŸ˜€

When you're scrambling eggs you beat them until the yolk and the egg whites are more or less mixed together.
 
What is the difference between mix, stir, beat and whisk?

I am trying to figure out what the difference between them.
Note my corrections above. What differences have you found between the definitions of those words when you looked them all up in a selection of good dictionaries?
