Hi, there is a grammar mistake in this sentence: "The roar of the lion is deep and great". But I really can't find the mistake. Can anyone please tell me what the mistake is - and why? Thanks! :)

I don't see a mistake.

My teacher did, but it seems like there isn't a mistake though.

I would like to know what her objection was.

 It is unusual to use 'great' like that - 'It gave a great roar' :tick: but 'The roar it gave was great' :-?

But I don't think anyone could call that a grammatical error.

Lions give great roars. I have heard them.
