[Grammar] What's the difference between "He does do it" and "He does it"?

I have ever seen a native English wrote: {We do receive your doccument}.

So I think, {We do receive} is acceptable, then I feel that {He does wear a blue raincoat} is also acceptable, but today, I check a textbook, its author only mentions {He wears a blue raincoat} and ignore {He does wear a blue raincoat}, so I want someone could help me clarify this grammar point

I have ever seen (do you mean "I have never seen" or "I once saw"?) a native English speaker write: "We do receive your document".

So I think "We do receive" is acceptable, then I feel that "He does wear a blue raincoat" is also acceptable. First, look at the amendments I made to your post. Be careful with your verb endings and your use of tenses. Also remember to start every sentence with a capital letter and to end every sentence with a single appropriate punctuation mark. Note the correct spelling of "document".

"We do receive your document" is unnatural English. I would expect to see "We received your document" or "We have received your document".

"He does wear a blue raincoat" is fine in certain contexts. Firstly, you would have to be talking about a habitual action, not a single event. Secondly, you would have to be emphasising a point you had already made, perhaps a point that someone else has contradicted.

John: James never wears a blue raincoat.
Sarah: He does wear a blue raincoat. I've seen it.

If "He does wear a blue raincoat" doesn't appear in the text, he is not ignoring it. It just isn't there.
