I have ever seen a native English wrote: {We do receive your doccument}.

So I think, {We do receive} is acceptable, then I feel that {He does wear a blue raincoat} is also acceptable, but today, I check a textbook, its author only mentions {He wears a blue raincoat} and ignore {He does wear a blue raincoat}, so I want someone could help me clarify this grammar point
thank you in advance
:)

I have ever seen (do you mean "I have never seen" or "I once saw"?) a native English speaker write: "We do receive your document".

So I think "We do receive" is acceptable, then I feel that "He does wear a blue raincoat" is also acceptable. But today, I checked a textbook and its author only mentions "He wears a blue raincoat" and ignores "He does wear a blue raincoat", so I want someone [strike]could[/strike] to help me clarify this grammar point.
Thank you in advance.

Welcome to the forum.

First, look at the amendments I made to your post. Be careful with your verb endings and your use of tenses. Also remember to start every sentence with a capital letter and to end every sentence with a single appropriate punctuation mark. Note the correct spelling of "document".

"We do receive your document" is unnatural English. I would expect to see "We received your document" or "We have received your document".

"He does wear a blue raincoat" is fine in certain contexts. Firstly, you would have to be talking about a habitual action, not a single event. Secondly, you would have to be emphasising a point you had already made, perhaps a point that someone else has contradicted.

John: James never wears a blue raincoat.
Sarah: He does wear a blue raincoat. I've seen it.

Also, what do you mean by "... its author only mentions {He wears a blue raincoat} and ignore {He does wear a blue raincoat}"?
If "He does wear a blue raincoat" doesn't appear in the text, he is not ignoring it. It just isn't there.

Please check the information in your profile. It currently says you are a native of China, you speak Armenian as your native language, currently located in the USA yet your technology gives your location as Vietnam. Please ensure that your profile is completely truthfully.

The Project Honey Pot system has detected behavior from the IP address 123.18.177.55 that is consistent with that of a Mail Server and Dictionary Attacker.

It's a spammer.
