I bought some apples online and the company that sells apples will send them to my by FedEx (parcel company). Today I got a phone call, asking me how I wanted my apples delivered. The guy said he could put it in the parcel center, or sent the apples to where I live. I then asked him to send the apples to my home.

After four years hours, I still haven't seen him. I phoned him "Why haven't you arrived yet?". I also kept asking my parents "Where's the FedEx guy?"

Are both my sentences natural? What would you say in my situation?

Typo fixed.
Mistake fixed.

I am absolutely certain that you know "hasn't you" is wrong! Please edit post #1 and use the correct verb form.
Also, the company is called "FedEx".

Are you sure all this happened four years ago?

Why did you think your parents would know where the guy was?

Sorry, that was a typo. Done!

It's half-fixed. You've added an "e" but you didn't capitalise it. I wrote it exactly as it should be written. It's a contraction of "Federal Express". That's why the middle "E" is capitalised.

Sorry, I didn't know that, my bad. I've already corrected the mistake. Please help me with my question when you're not busy.

I also kept asking my parents "Where's the FedEx guy?"

Again, how would they know?

You're clearly an adult - that sounds like a child pestering their parents.

They certainly don’t know. I was just wondering where the person was. I know it’s not natural to ask these questions so I asked for help here. I was actually think aloud by saying “Where’s the FedEx guy?”

If you're simply wanting to ask your parents if the package arrived yet, say something like one of the following (many more variations possible):

Did the FedEx guy come yet?
Has FedEx shown up yet?
Have the apples been delivered yet?
Has FedEx been here yet?
Did FedEx drop off my package yet?

I was actually thinking aloud by saying “Where’s the FedEx guy?”
In that case, there was no need to use "I kept asking my parents". If you're relating things that happened in real life, report them exactly as they happened. If you'd been telling this story in your own language, would you have felt the need to say that you asked your parents rather than saying that you were thinking aloud?

I bought some apples online and the company that sells apples will send them they will be sent [to me] by FedEx (a parcel company). Today I got a phone call asking me how the delivery driver rang me to ask where I wanted my apples them delivered. The guy He said he could put it in take them to the parcel center no comma here or sent the apples to where I live. I then asked him to send bring the apples them to my home.
Study the difference between "take" and "bring".
After four hours, I still haven't seen him there was no sign of him. I phoned him and asked "Why haven't you arrived yet?". I also kept asking my parents "Where's the FedEx guy?"
It would have made more sense to ring the FedEx driver and ask "Where are you?"
