I teach primary school pupils with dyslexia and I'm always looking out for new ways to teach spelling rules. I took a chance on this book as there were no reviews. The tunes are actually quite catchy and I plan to incorporate them into active spelling lessons for pupils aged around 9 - 11. It is a pity however that Scholastic didn't invest in a better singer - some songs are worse than others but if you can get past the dodgy notes this looks like a useful resource.
