Not one funny joke in this book
~ Written on Mar 1, 2001. 14 out of 16 users found this review helpful.

This book is terrible. I bought several books for making a best man's wedding speech, this was shockingly poor quality jokes. A 5 year old telling any of these in the playground would not be able to raise a smile, using any of this material. Full of knock knock and christmas cracker type humour, which is about as funny as a punch in the face. Don't consider even consider it. Buy the Mitch Murray book instead, it's a world apart from this tripe.

A Guide for the funny-challenged
~ Written on Dec 4, 2000. 2 out of 3 users found this review helpful.

We all agree - a funny speaker is a good speaker. However most people, like myself, posses the wit & charm of a wet cigerette! This is where this book comes in very handy. With his hilarious jokes for all occasions Goldstein-Jackson provides the reader with a arsenal to attack any funny-bone. This is a must for anyone interested in public speaking and also provides a great relaxing read. With this book you can't go wrong!
