Original story line
~ Written on Mar 15, 2010. out of users found this review helpful.

This book has a unique, a very original plot and during reading you continuosly ask the "what if" question.
What if you were Sara, what if you were Kate, what if you were Anna?

very touching...I read this book after I saw the movie ads. didnt see the movie yet but certainly recommend this novel for adult / young adult female readers. but beware, don't read it during or before mensturation period; its too sad to handle in those times...

Twenty Four Hankie Book

I rented this book on CD from my local library so I could listen to it in the car. BIG mistake. It's really hard to see where you're going when you're sobbing. I can't tell you how many times I gasped at the twists and turns. Overall, it was a good book, but the ending was horrible. I'm more of the happy ending type of gal.

Great story!

I enjoyed reading this book. There were a lot of great twists and turns and it really had me thinking about what is morally right vs. what your gut tells you is right. I didn't like the books ending though. I preferred the movie ending.

my sister's keeper
~ Written on Feb 1, 2010. out of users found this review helpful.

this book was recommended to me by a friend.

All of the characters except one has his or her own voice which makes the story understandable and keeps the suspense progressive because the reader wants to know how each character will react to the big event which seems to be inevitable----but maybe the big event turns out to be a huge surprise. This story takes ambuiguity to a new level.
