MTEL Spanish 28: teacher certification exam (XAM MTEL)

This book was recommended to me by another teacher and I'm glad it was! On the whole it really helped me focus on certain areas and review other things I hadn't really thought of. I have just one small criticism - there are several errors that need to be corrected: p 16 - accents are missing on the preterite endings; p 18 - irregular preterite form of 3rd person singular of 'decir' has no 'i' after the 'j', it should be dijeron, not dijieron; p75 - under the future endings there is 'pa' for the 3rd person singular, it should be only 'a'; on the same page under the corrupted infinitive, 'sabr' is missing; p 76 - verb chart has the following errors, venir: should be 'viniste' not 'viviste'; dar: should be 'yo di' not 'yo dije'; ver: should be 'yo vi' not 'yo vine'. These errors may not seem overly important, but a review book should have the correct information, especially since teachers rely on it in order to pass their professional exam.

I was completely dissapointed with this product. There were so many errors in both English and Spanish, including incorrect spelling of simple words and improper conjugation of many verbs. I sent it back and Amazon provided me with a complete refund. I have also notified the publisher, but I wouldn't recommend that anyone buy this product.
