Can any one tell me the few questions?

1-what does the sentenses" Love means never having to say you are sorry"
2-what are the chracteristics of Oliver, Jenny and Oliver's Father?

Love means never having to say you're sorry = If you love each other, you will never need to apologise because love will overcome any difficulties.
