Default Pls Recommend Easy Literature Works

Dear Teacher,

Would you please recommend 2-3 well-known, easy, not too long pieces of English literature for my self-study? For an instance, the works you learned in Grade 1 or 2 ...10. Thanks in advance!

Look for some fairy tales or folklore.
