Default What type of writing technique is this?

What type of writing technique is this? Eg. Hyperbole, Simile, metaphor

"What, ho! you men, you beasts, That quench the fire of your pernicious rage With purple fountains issuing from your veins, On pain of torture, from those bloody hands..."

"Purple fountains" is an obvious metaphor.
"the fire of your pernicious rage" sounds like hyperbole (and metaphor)
There are no similes here.

You mean 'What type of quoting technique is this?' The 'bloody hands' have nothing to do with the torture threatened by the Prince - except in that if the unruly people happen to have got blood on their hands the Prince probably won't allow them to use the bathroom before the torture starts.
