Lightbulb comedy of manner and comedy of satire

Who can answer me?
what is the type of characters in comedy of manner and comedy of satire? Is it that comedy of manners involves characters represent upper class societies creating daily customs routines? and that comedy of satire implies characters like gullible dupes, dealer-wheelers, fortune seekers and criminals? Is comedy of manner designed to satirize society and that comedy of satire constructed to attack individual vices and follies?
