Hello,

Do you say make a mess , for example I dont want to cook because i dont want to make a mess? I wanna say mess everything up. Are they interchangeable?

See my corrections above. You need to practice correct punctuation. Don't use textspeak or sloppy English - "wanna" is not a word.

"Making a mess" is not the same as "messing everything up". You could make a mess in the kitchen when cooking a meal simply by leaving lots of dirty pots and pans or leaving smears of food everywhere. Messing everything in the kitchen up would entail strewing everything in the kitchen all over the place.
