Office workers have time to read. But what Rover means is, where did you find the sentence? Did you make it up?

You can say that women bear children. In conversation, it's more natural to say that women have babies.

It's also natural to say that couples raise children.

Most of us have worked long hours. That doesn't mean we couldn't read.

I'm sorry you're so overwhelmed with work. I still think you can make time for a little reading, though.

You must be spending at least half an hour per week on this forum. Stop that entirely for a month and spend that time reading. Make a few notes if you must, but avoid doing anything that diverts your attention from your reading.
