Diary - I told my teacher that my favourite dish is Coca Cola chicken wings

This is an entry from my diary. Please check it and correct any mistakes.

I told my teacher that my favourite dish is Coca Cola chicken wings. We add Coke while cooking the wings. After the wings are cooked, there is no flavour of Coke left, only sweetness and a little sourness. I don't know what chemical reactions happen when Coke is added to wings, which makes the meat tender. Next time, I will try Sprite.
