Most technicians are paid/get less salary then engineers. So many technicians try to be an engineer to get more salary, but in order to become an engineer, they have to have many experiences about the job, and study hard to learn/know relevant principles. If they want to get promoted, they have to work more and take more responsibilities.

Which is more natural in the underlined parts?

Say:

Most technicians are paid less than engineers.

Say:

Many technicians want to become engineers and make more money.

Say:

In order to become an engineer it is necessary to study hard and learn relevant principles.

Try:

They have to be willing to take on more responsibility.

Try:

They have to be willing to take on more responsibility.

I think "assume" also works.

They have to be willing to take on/assume more responsibility.

I think this part should remain as it is because "to study hard" is a little different from "to have many experiences".

have to have many experiences about the job

OK, but you have to choose.

Yes, it is quite different. It is also unclear what that phrase means.
