Answer:

c. He is the president of the company.

d. He is the president in the company.

e. He is the president with the company.

1. Are sentences (a) and (b) correct and do they mean the same in this context?

Those are the only two that are correct and natural.

Yes, you are right. That's my careless typos. I've fixed them. :)
 
I'd use in, but with doesn't bother me. I agree with 5jj that d/e are not natural.
 
I'd even allow "within."
