Hello,

Situation: At a party.

"It's midnight already?! (The) Time has passed so [fast/quickly]! I'd better go home to catch some sleep."

1. Should there be "the" before "time"?

2. Does the use of the present perfect sound natural here?

3. Are "fast" and "quickly" interchangeable here?

The "the" is optional before "time" in that context, in my opinion. However, I would use the definite article.
 
"Time flies (when you're having fun)" is a common expression.
 
Is it over already? Wow! Where did the time go?
