That was said by the chef

I don't know if "gob of goo" is a famous term??

Can you kindly set me examples of that bec. I can't get it at all.

I think she was kidding there.

Goo = sticky substance
gob = small piece

Tdol has given perfect definitions. "Gob of goo" is not a "famous term", but I don't think the chef was exactly kidding, she was simply using somewhat childish terminology to describe the dough!

What she actually said doesn't make much sense - "Let's throw the big gob of goo dough" - throw it where? Throw it away? Throw it in the air? Throw it in the oven?
"It got happy there" - It was happy where it was?

However, I'm sure in the context of the show, combined with her actions, it was probably much clearer!!
 
"Let's throw [out] the big gob of goo[ey] dough - it's been sitting there for too long."
