[Grammar] Verb Related

Hi,

My doubt is quite simple, I guess :-?. Do we say 'related to people's appearance' or 'related with people's appearance. The Oxford Advanced Learner's Dictionary only mentions 'related to'. Is it correct or there are exceptions?

It's always "related to".
