They are all possible in the right context and with correct punctuation.

Could you please tell me the difference. Where we have to use "would/might" and where we have to use "might have done/would have done?"

(If we had rules for the use of every possible word there would be so many rules nobody would be able to remember them all.)

'Might have' and 'would go' refer to the time when the speaker says it.
'Might have had' and 'would have gone' refer to the time before the speaker says it.
