[Vocabulary] Can "Opinion" be used as a verb?

I've seen this word used as a verb a few times. I've checked it in some dictionaries but it doesn't seem to have a verb entry for "opinion".

What are your thoughts?

That's odd — in all my 75 years I've never encountered 'opinion' used as a verb.

Next time you see it please tell us about it. You can check the dictionaries here but I'll be amazed if you find one with a verb entry for the word.

On topic: I've checked several dictionaries and I found nothing about "opinion" as a verb. I guess who uses that word as a verb is from Spain or South America.

I have never come across "opinion" used as a verb. The standard verb form is "opine". I did, however, find an entry for "opinion" as a verb in Webster's Third Unabridged Dictionary. It was marked "chiefly dialect" and defined as "opine".
