I am trying to find a word apt for the below situation.

A class contains 30 students.

Couple of students give a negative feedback about a teacher. The management takes action only based on their feedbacks. Others feedbacks have not been obtained.

I am looking for a word to mean "taking few people's opinion for the entire group/class"

I am looking for a word to mean "taking into account only a few people's opinion for on behalf of the entire group/class".

Please note my corrections above. In what sentence do you wish to use the word you're looking for? Knowing that will help us determine whether you want a verb, a noun or an adjective.

A verb to mean "taking into account only a few people's opinion on behalf of the entire group/class". The other people are not even asked for their opinion. Just few opinion is considered as opinion of all.

@Rover_KE - I'm not sure what happened with post #4. You've quoted the same post three times but haven't added anything. Glitch?

I'm looking for a verb to mean "taking into account only a few people's opinion on behalf of the entire group/class". The other people are not even asked for their opinion - just a few opinions is are considered as to be the opinion of all.

Note my corrections above. I can't think of a verb that has that rather convoluted meaning.

I don't think there is a word to describe the whole scenario. Why would you want to express it in just one word?
The words I can think of are "prejudging/ biased/not being objective/judging based on unrepresentative opinions". I think it can only be expressed in fewer words than you described

Cherry-picking might work there. It's not an exact match, but cherry-pick can mean to pay attention to or act on the opinion that you happen to agree with, even if it is the opinion of only a minority.
