A- I look forward to learning to drive
B-It’s difficult to get him to work
C- I’ve never felt tempted to turn to taking drugs
D -Better to yield to temptation than to submit to deprivation!
E- Failure to achieve sometimes drives people to drink
F- Try to go to sleep.

Infinitive "to" precedes a verb. Preposition "to" precedes a noun or pronoun.
