1) İf I see it somewhere I would think it was meaningless.
2) İf I saw it anywhere I would think it was meaningless.
3) İf I would see it somewhere I would think it was meaningless.
4) İf I had seen it anywhere I would think it was meaningless.

Which sentence is correct? İf none, how can I it to become meaningfull?
 
For me, only #2 is correct.
 
I think #4 would be grammatical if it was written as 'If I had seen it anywhere, I would have thought it was meaningless', but I am not a teacher.
 
That's right, Matthew.

It might help if we knew what 'it' was.
