It seems to me that 2# and 3# are grammatical. I haven’t made up my mind though. Will you please help me pick up the correct one?

The first is clearly incorrect. The second is the best and most common. The third is grammatically correct and possible.
 
I have a hard time imagining the third one being used by a native speaker.

On the other hand, "You've got no business X-ing" is pretty common to mean "You don't have the right to do that."
