appropriate preposition

Dear all,

I arrived in New York ( ) the second week of April.

What preposition do you think would be appropriate to fill in the blank above?

I know "on" comes before a day (e.g. Christmas Eve), "in" before a month (e.g. April), season (e.g. summer) and a year (e.g.2011), but not before a week.

Thank you

Use "in" or "during".

Or simply don't use a preposition at all.
