Is N2 wrong?
1. The weather here is 10 times better than in England.
2. The weather here is 10 times as good as in England.
Thank you.
 
Certainly not. There are those who would say 1 is, but I gather it's widely used in some parts of the world. If in the UK, use 2.

They're both grammatically acceptable, but how on earth can weather in one place be 10 times better than or as good as it is somewhere else?
