'at one hand' vs 'on one hand'

'On (the) one hand' is the idiom. The first isn't used, and also, if it was used you'd need to change the other 'on' in the sentence to 'at' too.

Well, if you say "... on the other hand", why do you think "at the one hand..." should be correct?
It would be very strange if you ask me.

On the one hand... on the other...

bhaisahab I just made the same mistake (one instead of one).
I guess it's the fast typing :)
