Hello,

I know that when we want to make a short form for the following sentence:

"The horse, which was running, won the race"

We get the following:

"The running horse won the race"

But what do we get when making a short form for the following:

"The horse, which was NOT running, won the race"

Thank you v.much

It seems like an odd thing to want to say(!) but:

The non-running horse won the race.
