Hello

I just started my job one week ago
I've just started my job one week ago
I just started my job a week ago

I wouldn't put "just" and "a/one week ago" in the same sentence. "Just" in this context already means "a short time ago" so you don't need both.

I've just started a new job.
I just started my new job.

I started a new job a week ago.
I started my new job one week ago.

If you said "I just started a new job", someone might then ask "Oh really? When did you start/how long ago did you start?" Then you would say "A week ago."
