Please, help me.
What sentence is correct? What`s the difference between them?

- Which/What shop did you buy it from?
- Which/What shop did you buy it at?
- Which/What shop did you buy it in?
- In /At/From which shop did you buy it?

I'm not a teacher.

- Which/What shop did you buy it from? - usually describes a particular person or place
- Which/What shop did you buy it at? - describes a particular place
- Which/What shop did you buy it in? - usually is describing the region you bought it from, not a particular store
- In /At/From which shop did you buy it? - correct only if you use one of the prepositions

They all mean the same thing to me. "In" would only work if you bought it from a place that has an inside. You can't buy a hot dog "in" a hot dog cart, only "at" or "from."

You can by from a person, but you can't buy "at" or "in" a person.

But discussing buying from a shop/store, any will work.
